Comment from a participant from the live event:
"I LOVED this webinar!! It doesn't get more practical, useful, or fun than what has been offered to us this evening. Hanna has certainly keyed into the fact that our students are most engaged when learning is put into a game format; this is the way to make it stick! Also a good reminder to never throw anything away - amazing how she has thought of a multitude of ways to repurpose a variety of items."
How to Create & Motivate Readers with Creative, Engaging Activities!
In this 2-hour unique, fun, and practical webinar, attendees will learn to use explicit teaching strategies and activities to engage readers at multiple levels. You will be amazed at the number of creative and easy "take-away" activities shared during this exciting presentation! The activities will focus on multisensory and creative games, which will hook even the most reluctant learners. Each participant will be provided with a list of multi-purpose activities and games to purchase or reproduce and will be shown how to manipulate something they already own in order to motivate student learning. Educators will increase their confidence to teach specific concepts with a mini-lesson, model a complementary game or activity, explore ways to encourage student participation and provide feedback to enhance student learning.
